The FELCOM 15 is FURUNO's new Inmarsat-C Mobile
Earth Station. It provides a high quality two-way telex and
data link between ships and other parties at sea or on
land. All functions and services of the Inmarsat-C system
are provided: EGC (Safety NETTM/FleetNETTM), distress
message handling, two-way digital store-and-forward
messaging including polling, data reporting, E-mail, etc.

FELCOM 70 is ground-breaking maritime satellite
communication equipment including a modem for fast data
communications at 64 kbps*. The voice communications is
selectable from 64 kbps and 4.8 kbps. For data
communications, there are two methods to choose from:
high speed ISDN (same as INMARSAT B) and 64 kbps
MPDS.
